Valrico Nails & Spa

I’ve come here a few times within the past months as I’ve struggled to find a nail tech elsewhere. My acrylics from Valrico Nails & Spa are never amazing but they’re sometimes satisfactory. They struggle with nail designs of seemingly any sort. I came in last week for a fill and left with an underwhelming set with sloppy line work. Now 3 days later one nail has broken. I will be looking for an independent nail tech rather than returning to this salon in the future, and I cannot recommend Valrico nails & spa based on my experience, especially if you plan to have any type of design work done.

Great service. This is my go to place for a manicure. Got a full set and I love how my nails turned out.

Got pedicure and manicure with table number 11. It was the WORST experience I’ve had. She was very rushing, keep asking me “ color gel, color gel ??” I think she doesn’t know English. I thought that she was rushed but will get me the good polish but OMG, the color is worse than my daughter did for me? I waited for few more days to post this review cause I want to see how long my gel color last and yes it all came off. Worst service ever and not worth almost 100$. Never comes back! They should hire better technician!

It's super rude and annoying when the woman who's doing your pedicure asks you 3 different times if you want an eyebrow wax. Unprofessional and again word.

Made my nails way too big. Hurt so bad I had to file it off the skin around my cuticles which made it so sore for days. I thought I would try somewhere new. Bad idea. Used products I have bought myself off of Amazon. Not a professional salon. No one there that day that had their nails done were happy the whole hour and a half I was there. The pedicure people were awesome. I have a few go to salon I now stick with diligently. Good luck!

For 30.00 and what they said I was going to receive, it didn't happen. I didn't get the lite scrub or the massage. My pumice stone was beyond stupid, why bother if you were going to just touch my feet. All the guy did was try to sell more stuff to me. I just wanted a basic pedicure and I didn't get it. For 30.00 I at least expect the massage. Don't go here if you just want the basics. They don't give you the basics if they can't upsell you. Very disappointing.

This place is NOT sanitary. They should not be using a used sanding band on you. My tech at chair #8 100% attempted to us a used band on me. Only got one finger before I pointed it out. I feel he did my nails purposely chunky after that. After cutting and burning me several times. That should never happen.

This is our favorite place for pedicures! My husband and I come together and we love it!
